DP systems for Simon Møkster Shipping ASNavis Engineering Oy has been contracted to supply 2 shipsets of DP2 systems (DNV DYNPOS AUTR) for 2 platform standby vessels of the project IMT 955 SBV – DE which are being built for the Norwegian shipping company Simon Møkster Shipping AS at the Yaroslavl Shipyard.
According to the contract, the first DP system is to be supplied to the shipyard in January, 2009, while the second one will be installed a month later, that is, in February.
Simon Møkster Shipping AS is one of the “technology leading” offshore fleet operators in Norwegian and North Sea oil sector with the fleet of 17 special vessels.
